- Do not post illegal content or spam
- You are responsible for the content you post
Our rights
- We may remove any gem or account that violates these terms
- We may modify or discontinue the service at any time
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of gems posted by users
Intellectual property
The Gofy name, logo, and platform design are owned by Gofy. User-posted content remains owned by the user.
Limitation of liability
Gofy is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or inaccurate gem information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
